When I first heard this song I thought it was going to be a sad song, instead it was a very inspiring 'Love' song! It starts out telling how he was a complete mess, and he was out of line and out of the way of his goals. During this time of heart ache though, he tells how his special somebody stays beside him and is waiting for him to pull through the tough spots in his life.The reason he said he is so blessed to have her is because God gave him this special person for his tough times, and for his good times. By her staying with him, even through the worst of his life, he questions why somebody so perfect in his eyes, would ever fall for somebody so disorganized and confused as himself. After confessing what is on his mind, he is grateful he has her, and hopes she never leaves him.In my opinion, this song touches right at home for me. It has such a strong feeling with it that anybody who hears this song, could relate to its lyrics. I bet that when people hear this, a special some one pops up into their mind also.
